BILLING, PAYMENT, SHIPPING, AND REFUND AGREEMENTS AND POLICIES
- Payment in full is required on all orders at checkout.
- Any order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt of shipment.
- Products and services are sold "as is where is" with refunds giving on individual case by case basis solely determined by this site. If allowed, customer must request refund within 3 (three) months of sale date and product must be returned (customer pays shipping) unopened and undamaged within 4 (four) months of sale date.
- Any credit card charge backs considered fraud by this site will be processed to the full extent of the law and be subject to twice the charge back amount and or all other cost incurred to us because of the charge back.
